Guest Bazz Posted February 11, 2003 Report Share Posted February 11, 2003 Some apps come as installers so they should be run on the PC and it'll install it on the phone. Some come in .cab files which contain install information and need to be run on the phone. On windows .cab files look like zip folders and can be opened like a normal folder. Don't open them. Just copy the .cab file to the spv use it to open it. It'll install it on the phone. Some files are smartphone apps and the .exe should be run directly. Waterman.exe is one of these and should work.
