Are there any other people experiencing problems with the Exchange Sync?

Hi Paul,

I did a full (cache, dalvik & data) wipe from stock, and then installed FR16b4. Now, I have a strange problem in that after I set up my Exchange account, at the end of the first sync, it deletes itself?? I've tried naming the account, and not naming it, but if I have email open, I can see the emails coming down, and then as soon as it finishes, the account gets deleted :).

Battery life is excellent - leaving it on overnight, it went down 5% in 10 hours, leaving GMail push on :unsure:.

I don't have a wife, so I wouldn't know, as for wi-fi it's impossible for any one responder to assume you're the only one, all I can say is that I don't experience any wi-fi or wife disconnects.

If you have battery issues now, it is probably something you have installed! Check your partial wake stats in Spare Parts and yes, the LED notification problem likely will cause drain.

I am still with battery life problem. 15% left in about 2 hours and a very very moderate use.

Just had a long conversation with LG over the phone and they adamantly contend that there is an update available in Europe and that no restictions apply. Funny thing I replied, I just connected my brother's phone to the update tool and it says that the latest version is already installed. They could not answer that and his phone is UNLOCKED! LG's management is deplorable to put it mildly.

The funny thing is that they keep arguing that an update has been released but are completely clueless when asked why my brother's phone cannot be updated to 10f. Note that my brother's phone is unlocked. Mine is being serviced as we speak though not by Anovo but by Delta Service, hopefully they will do a better job than Anovo.

So a new version is out 10F?

Vodafone NL and Vodafone DE haven't got it either... or even heard about it. They have v10b dated April 5 as the latest.

it is already out according to LG yet somehow miraculously no one has been able to perform the upgrade.

Sounds fishy.. Either LG have a big problem or lying their ass off.

The changes are to localise the phone for Norwegian users - so e.g. labels, dialogue boxes etc, are in Norwegian, as opposed to English.

Put very simply, "Norwegian resources" in Android is another name for the Norwegian translation of the phone. It didn't work before, hopefully now it does. It does not affect the performance of the phone in any way.

Pretty sure Paul just means the language aspect of those programs, as that's been a request for a while.

About that by the way.. On my phone all default Google applications are in English as well (all the other apps + system are in Dutch). Doesn't really bother me since my English is quite alright, it looks a bit weird though. Anyone any idea what causes this?

By the way, my battery life got _a lot_ better two days after calibration (which was what I was hoping for). It got worse after installing 16b4, but I wasn't really using a fair comparison (I needed it charged before leaving so I put it in the charger for an hour, it was probably just confused ;-]). It just takes a while to find out how good battery life really is.

yea , that is what i was thinking, so this update doesn't really affect english user then in any way
