can anyone explain if there is any dependency for the hidden menu when baking a rom. It worked only one time for me, when i used the Lg dialer, and i have no "activities" in shortcut menu too?

yess.. unbelieveble.. I baked a rom without LG widgets (I use SPB 3D shell).

It is faster, a lot faster.. Fr19b5 with baseband 614... it looks a better phone. I can talk now without phone dropping the call. I confirm the quality is a bit in the middle but, being the speaker more aloud I can accept the loss of quality.... it is fairly ok!

I am testing the rest, the battery looks better too, it's just one day impression!

ahh I forgot, SPB 3D shell crashes at the first (after boot) startup... I didn't investigate more on this, I just hit "retry" and it starts just fine... anyway, that's wired

Yep got the same problem with SPB. However it doesn't occur with CM. I think I always had this problem, I wrote to SPB's support, they said they were going to look into it.

Oh, I see, it's a SPB Shell 3D generated error rather than a crash... best log a support call with them perhaps? Not much useful in logcat...

I suspect the 1809 code won't work with the non LG dialler...

I have no access to activities via shortcut menu, no matter what dialer i have selected. Any hint how can i use hidden menu, or i should select the lg dialer.

You should get it anyway to improve the GPS.

Go to GPS test, System settings, SULP setting and select SLP Auto Provision. That makes GPS waaayyy faster for me. Can this be turned on by default Paul in RC2 maybe?

I have SPB shell too, but it crashed at FR18 too...

Also, I pick Disable Music Controls when I bake it, but it keep installing anyway. Can anyone confirm this or its just me that I missclick when I selected?

The rom is really fast and stable. I cant find any difference with EXT4 based.
