i think paul,s rom has some block function in apps, cos apps can,t show up the ads,it just load a white screen, it makes some kind of game cant connect to servers. such as gun bro!

gun bro works just fine for me on wifi and 3g i have Fr10 with most of LG apps.

when im in stock rom everything was fine, but now, i notice that only when i use whatever fr 4- fr10 the problem was there! can somebody help??

Phone freezes with Fr10 again twot times this day.

It was a bit warm on the back a bit below the camera lense.

I think, I will give this phone back to the dealer. Hardware is cool, but the Software is garbage.

Out of the box the Galaxy S2 should be better, with more ram and bigger screen and android 2.3 (should come out very soon) but i think that ill wait for a good rom. so far i love this phone, thanks to Paul's work on it.

First of all, thanks for great support and Custom ROM for LGO2X!

Dont know if there has been posted the same problems before but here are mine:

-After installing the custom ROM, Android Marked wont start any downloads... Tried several times with different settings, but still the same; stuck in "Starting download..."

-My second problem comes to installing WAP/MMS settings from my network provider, when I get an SMS with the settings included and try to install them the following error pops up: "process com.lge.wapservice has stopped working"...

Hope someone can help me, so I dont have to revert to stock ROM :)

1. Is your date and time correct?

2. I didnt need to specify those settings with tele2, but if it's not automatic for your provider, enter the settings manually...

Did you use the camera before it happened? I have had the exact same thing happen and I think it might be because I used the camera and exited by using the Home button instead of Back. Gonna test some more to see if I can reproduce it.

If it is the camera there might be a serious production error on it. It shouldn't heat up like that. When I noticed the phone was dead the other day, I had to take out the battery to get it to boot again. The back right beneath the camera was unusually warm and the battery went down about 50 % in those few minutes before I noticed the phone being off. After I booted the phone and it cooled down, the battery percentage increased a few percent over the next half hour.

I really can't remember if I have used the camera before. Normally I do not quit apps with a press on the home screen button. But I will look at this.

Camera is really buggy (long time at start and sharpness on both sides) so it could cause problems.

I've just upgraded to fr10, the battery consumed very fast when the mobile is standby

10% of battery is consumed in 1 hour, I've stopped wifi and data connection already

Yes, when i unplug the power after its fully charged the battery level drops to 90% within 5 minutes. After that it seems stable. Trying a wipe and reflash now, will post again after that. Someone at mentioned the same problem on XDA.

Edit:

Reflashed the Rom and booted without power cable attached, problem remains.

Could the problem be related to the Gingerbread Theme?

So far, the fr10 has been awesome, so thank you very much!

Just one thing I noticed:

After removing the "PC Sync + On Screen Phone + MITS" option in online kitchen, it would be cool if the "On Screen Phone settings" menu option in settings -> wireless & networks settings would be removed also, because all it does now is give me a FC message (understandably).

Hi. I have a problem on Fr10 with applying rules in DroidWall app. The rules works great on wifi connection but refuse working on GPRS/3G. Does anyone have same problem? Maybe something with kernel version?

I had a problem like this. What I did was go to settings -> applications -> manage applications, located Market and cleared app data. After this I had to accept the user license whatever again, but downloads also started working again.

Thanks for the help guys! I had adjusted the clock, but not the date, and ofc it fixed the problem :)

Regarding the service provider settings, it seems the settings got installed before the lg wap service crashed, so now everything works like a sharm! (Im currently on NetCom btw...) Cant wait to fiddle some more with my phone :)

Hi Paul,

in the Camera-App is another bug: every time I start the Camera-App I have to re-enable the Location-Tag-Support - the App doesn't remember this.

Can you correct this ?

Paul I disabled auto brightness and the battary is so much more stable and doesn't drain as fast. I have been testing all day yesterday. Will be good if someone will test as well.

If Čeština is Czech, then yes, it's supported in this custom ROM.

Not really a clue what's causing it but like many ppl, my battery is getting drained like mad with FR10, before yesterday i went to bed and phone was at 97% and when i woke up 9 hours later phone was turned of and when i rebooted (after battery pull) there was 2% left and needed a full recharge.
