2 things i'd like fixed to fr11:

First: I still experience lag on the lockscreen (LG-rom with stock lockscreen). Sometimes it takes several seconds before the screen turns on, after pressing the powerbutton, and my phone still suffers from the "last active screen shows before lockscreen awakes"-bug.

Second: Massive lag after installing app.

Nothing crucial, but it is "needle-in-my-ear"-annoying..

Otherwise, love the 2x, and love your work, Paul!

1. Change the path from the external SD-card (sdcard/_ExternalSD) to '/sdcard' in the MoDaCo ROM by default, so that apps like 'titanium backup' and 'app2sd free' work correctly! Because the 5,5GB are very small and the external SD-card is for no use by Apps. Europe Map from navigon is over 2GB big, so it is really a pitty, the internal SD-card has the path '/sdcard' and it is not removable and small.

2. Change the mobile view from webpages in the default browser, which you can only disable till the next browser start (about:debug), to desktop view by default.

Personally I will say a big DO NOT WANT to this one. If Paul should implement a "feature" like this it should either be done in one of 2 ways.

1: Allow us to decide whether to mount internal or external SD at /sdcard for those of us that has no problem with the current way it is or

2: Make a rom that basically turns the entire 8 Gb memory of the LG into internal phone storage and thus it then will makes sense to have the External SD as /sdcard

And I dont know what you problem is, but Titanium Backup works fine for me and puts all my backups on my External SD card. If you checked the image I posted earlier you would actually see its pretty easy to setup... or is that too much to ask :)

Your issue is NOT ROM Related, but rather APP related. So I suggest you get on the line with Navigon, and Titanium Backup and tell them to update their apps. Because with the Atrix coming, as well as the SGS II this "problem" is not going away :)

Hi Paul,

for FR11, it would be great to have no lag while installing apps.

Moreover, is it only me having problem with battery? I mean, beside the full charge problem (even rebboting with no power cord attached, it seems that I cannot charge my battery over 96%!), it seems to me that battery is discharging way too fast! Iì've already tried wiping battery stats using CWM, but no luck! :)

i do not have any bettery issues at all! it charges up to 100% and its empty after 4h of really heavy use which was:

- 30min listening to music with internal phone speakers

- installing apps, moving apps (about 25 of em)

- played samurai 2 for about 35 min

- played hyper jump for 20 min

- browsing the web

- wlan on for 2.5h

- display at 35% all the time

no lag while installing apps either

My SGT has a cool feature to drag the order of the homescreens, which could be very helpful on the O2X as well - perhaps along with pinch-to-see all screens.

I really can't remember if I have used the camera before. Normally I do not quit apps with a press on the home screen button. But I will look at this.

Camera is really buggy (long time at start and sharpness on both sides) so it could cause problems.

So my phone has been stable as a rock, but today, minutes after snapping a couple of pictures, it just locked up completely. No ADB access or anything... Pulled the battery and cleared cache, so we'll see if it happens again. Piece of sh*t software!

Does anyone else get a long loading time when selecting the ADD widget screen to have the list available? Tried on stock Home screen and Froyo. All the same. It is random though, sometimes it loads very quick.

Would be nice on FR11 to get rid of the freezing during app installation. :)

I am so surprised and frustrated with LG. A phone with so much hardware potential screwed up by LG software engineers. A phone of this level should not have the amount of bugs it has.

Does anybody elses external sd card unmount automatically when plugged into PC. Mine does for some reason and also takes ages for the internal storage to recognise when usb storage is turned on.

Has anyone had issues with bluetooth a2dp using FR10? My phone will connect just fine but when playing podcasts through doggcatcher or music through mixzing I get stuttering if the screen is off. When I had my previous phone (Hero) I had a Tasker profile to keep the screen on when the phone was connected through bluetooth and that kept the stuttering away due to the screen on CPU frequencies.

I was hoping that this issue wouldn't be here on the 2X considering the resources that it has but the case remains that if I'm playing stuff over bluetooth a2dp then I must have the screen on for it to go uninterrupted.

Hi there ppl!

I got my 2x for a month now and rooted it today and tried out the FR10. It seems wicked fast, only when i try to install items from the market it doesnt download anything :) I tried to reinstall the rom but to no prevail :P

Anyone has a solution for me? It's kinda annoying :)

Also, i didn't make a nandroid backup because i was so excited i found out how to flash my o2x ... How can i return to stock rom?
