Hello Paul, I found there is a typing mistake in the "arrays.xml" file for Traditional Chinese Language.

Which it will cause the Settings.apk force close when connecting to a new wifi Access Point.

After I decompile the Settings.apk , the mentioned "arrays.xml" file is actually sitting at "\res\values-zh-rTW\arrays.xml"

under <string-array name="wifi_status_with_ssid">, when I compare that value with any other languages..

the third item "%2$s" should be "%1$s" instead !

I tried to fix that on my own but I fail to recompile the settings.apk again... using APKtool..

Would you mind to replace the corrected arrays.xml file in Settings.apk for me ?

Attached the xml file which I corrected the mentioned typing mistake..

All I did is just correct the %2 into %1, Thank you for your time.

Done!

The kitchen build now includes this fix.

Any other location issues that need fixing?

Well, there is that norwegian thing mentioned earlier, but that is probably too big of a f.up from LG that there is an easy fix...

So this is (basically) LG using the locale string 'no' instead of 'nb' right?

I think I might be able to fix this, although it'll be a bit of a pain... leave it with me.

Please post Fr16 battery discussion in this topic, and PLEASE try and be more helpful than 'drain battery very fast' (e.g. checking what is using the battery)...

Yeah, with the result that the Gapps is in english, and the rest and the system is in norwegian. When I change locale to nb_NO_ (or nb__), the Gapps is in norwegian, but the system lang. switches to english...

Thanx for looking into it!

Could you try baking in Google Contacts instead of LG Contacts and see if that helps?

Perfect, that is how it is supposed to look like

You really are the wizard of OS!

Is it up and running in the kitchen, or coming soon?

Edit: Just remembered the part about the test fixpack, in my excitement I completely forgot all about it ;)
