28 Jul Fr19: MoDaCo Custom ROM for the LG Optimus 2X with Online Kitchen (new: custom kernel)

Hi,

Tried the 160511-1257-Fr16-update-modacocustomrom-2x-kitchen-unsigned-MD5-2b7ccf96869d746e19bef96bbceae077.

I set up the rom, reboot the O2x, and now it ping pong reboot: reboot , go to LG screen with ModaCo picture.

Hum, seems that it is crached. Is there a way to come back in a working state ?

I feel a little ARRGGG

there is an easy way out...boot to recovery and restore the backup you did before you flashed Fr16...

I am testing now Fr16 Beta2 with the 64mb hack and it seems like i have no problem with images or the camera.

I will try to Play a 3D game and jam as much memory as possible and use the gallery and the camera see if there is any negative effect.

I had a magor problem with 15 and upgraded yrsterday at 16. The problem was that most apps were force closing probably by an sql problem or at least thats what logcat were showing. Now everything looks ok device is faster than ever with cooked rom thanx to pauls kitchrn. BUT i cannot run eternal legacy anymore. I get the gameloft video logo the and the game closes after 2-3 seconds of loading of shoing the girst loading screen. Any ideas?

go to clockworkmod backup, then flash Fr16 without wipe.

only the system changr, all my app, settings still there.

I don't need to use morelocale2.

Traditional Chinese is included in Stock Rom

That was solved by wiping and puting rom 16 ^^

My problem now is why the game wont run whatever i try. Wanna tae a look at the log?

look for gameloft.

Also it look wierd all those music stuff in there...

It's failing to load the textures in the native library for whatever reason.

im pretty sure ther was no 64mb patch option when i baked it. It was around 18:00 15 may. Maybe it was included then by default?

Have a black/no clock in the statusbar - i used the same options in the kitchenm as yesterday...
