Hi,

Since upgrading to 2.3 version 1.8, whenever I try to check my credit balance or whenever I try to access the unlock panel I always get this message:

"Connection problem or invalid MMI code."

I am PAYG with Tesco, but now the phone show O2 as the provider. Any thoughts on this will be very appreciated.

Many thanks

Ian

Thanks for the reply. I know that Tesco piggyback off O2 and yes I can make calls and also receive text messages. The main bugbear is if I decide to check on my balance or if later on I decide I want to unlock my phone to use with a different provider. It seems that I will be unable to do so as when I punch in the keycode to get to the unlock screen, I get the error.
