This thread by Arad should help you sort it. If you use the search facility for this forum like I did you would find it too so remember that for next time :D

I recommend that you change one step in Arad's guide to avoid potential problems.

Right at the beginning, he tells you to go to Control Panel and launch Device Manager. Use these steps to open Device Manager instead:

1. Click start

2. Type MMC. Don't press Enter

3. mmc.exe will appear in the search results. Right click it and select Run as Administrator. Accept the confirmation.

4. In mmc, click File->Add/Remove snap in.

5. Select Device Manager, click Add, Finish then OK.

Then continue with the guide.

If you follow the guide and it doesn't work, use this one instead. It has a subtle variation but has worked 100% so far.

If it doesn't work, and you come back for more help, please be as precise as you can be on what went wrong and at which step(s).
