My Omnia2 got mad

I own my Omnia 2 since 18 months. It is originally sim free (unlocked) one and it was running normally without any troubles. All of a sudden; it locked its Sim without any reason and I tried every step mentioned in this forum but no use. Can anyone help is solving this issue. Please mind that after typing *#7465625# it shows every lock are disabled including Sim, network and others.
