I should have done that with Gmail then? What I did was use Titanium to restore it from a backup from the official rom.

probably, cause some apps don't work correctly if they are just installed or else..also, i never trusted Titanium, cause they were a lot of bugs and glitches after restoring different things from backup

u need to download module "All deleted stock app" and leave in it only PicoTts.apk and TtsService.apk and flash via recovery with no sign check

I extracted those files from the zip and used ES File Explorer to install them. It's all working well now. Thanks once again.

Followed Lgcmn's instructions and it worked great installed 2.3.6. For some reason I'm too comfortable with the acer ui so it's good I can stick with that and use the aosp dialer with it -- really grateful for that. I'm so used to flicking the apps from the bottom to top on the acer ui.

Installed the emea latest 2.3.6, then vache 2.2 and install from zip.. worked perfect. Love the speed of the this ROM, thanks for your hard work.

Without this rom, rooting the phone and Techno's kernal ... the battery life is horrid.

Hi,

How can I get the stock wallpapers back, is there a special file there stored in that I need to restore?

Also as soon as I downloaded and applied a new wall paper the default t&l background became unusable.

Also I can't add contacts to phone only google contacts?

Is phone contacts an Acer thing? (I really want it back)

I haven't partitioned my SD yet for link2SD is it required for phone contact's to work?

AreI there any market apps that it would be advantageous to install from the t_l_Metal_2.3.6_13_Stock_App.zip rather than afresh from the market?

I'm mainly wondering if they would inherit customized Acer settings for example.

i have the t&l 2.3.4 final, can i wipe all and flash so the zip?

Breeze UI is the Acer UI, it's removed so there's no Acer UI.

MT Voltage Control set CPU voltage.

And android assistant show battery voltage.

So it is normal.
