Went for a jog today with the trusty Streak. Usually I have it in a case, but this time I was just holding it so I could control my music. I had a standard pair of headphones plugged in. Noticed that a headset icon (with mic) was shown on the bar and that I was hearing wind noise in my ears. WTF? The mic on the Streak was active. I've never noticed this before but the Streak has always been in a pocket or a case. I tried another pair of headphones and they do the same thing. Why is the mic on the Streak being enabled? Android 2.2 BB: GAUSB1A131800-US Kernel: 2.6.32.9-perf Build: 12821 EDIT: Just updated to 345 and the problem is gone. The headset icon still shows, but I'm not getting noise from the Streak's mic.
