CM7 2.3.3 Phone randomly turns off

Not sure why this happens but this is keeping me away from 2.3

My phone randomly turns off, most of the time when I'm not using it (i.e. in my pocket or just on my desk)

I've tried various versions of 2.3 and they all do it. Don't have the same problem with 2.2.

Anyone else experiencing the same?
