I'm trying really hard to get my new Advent Vega modified to access the Android market. I've got as far as clicking the install bat file and I do get the black box, but then nothing more happens. Peter I guess you are following this step "At a command prompt / terminal, ensure you are in the directory you extracted the files, and run 'install-windows.bat'" for installing the rom. Have you extracted the contents of the zip file or are you trying to run the .bat file from within the zip file? Have you just tried to double click the .bat file? Do you know how to get a command prompt on your computer? If you can answer these questions then I can come up with a load more to help you. It sounds like you don't have the adb drivers installed properly and you are not running the file from within a terminal. Let me know. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
