Paul first post needs to be edited with hr4 details and screens

P.S.

Installing hr4 will I get real custom recovery as well or I still need to keep the EP101_SDUPDATE.ZIP in the sd card for future updates?

I mean, does hr4 unlock bootloader as well?

Is there any way to have back the ASUS softkeys? Maybe by just changing the framework-res.apk in the zip file with the stock one?

Quick question, just got my transformer and loving it, think I am ready to take the plunge and install Hr4. Compatible with North American models right?

Thanks =) I guess it's only the official updates from ASUS that checks the region.

Anyone on the NA models having wifi issues after updating to hr4? I sure am, but not sure it is the rom.

Ok, installed hr4 using paul fake-recovery beta...

I can confirm it updates boot as well installing real custom recovery Clockworkmod 3.0.2.8, so no needs to keep the fake-recovery zip file in the sd card anymore

Is it just me or the brightness sensor doesn't work anymore?

If I enable auto-brightness in the notification area the brightness stays on the level set when I enabled the auto toggle and doesn't change depending on the external light

Auto-brightness was working fine with official Asus roms

Can take a few seconds sometimes to take effect. (Sometimes up to 30 secs)

Does get there in the end though!

Hi Paul,

it seems first custom kernel for Transformer is out, it brings NTFS support and other goodies.

I found it in the Prime 1.2 Rom (on XDA forum).

Hope you can include it in your next version
