Orientation toggle switch? Does it exist?

I've searched through the posts and have not found an answer...

is there a toggle switch to lock tablet orientation on the Transformer production model?

There is conflicting information out on the interwebs. All the hands on CES 2011 videos show a toggle switch on the left below the volume, but several recent unboxing videos show only power and volume, no toggle switch.

Obviously I don't have one yet. In the US here, waiting for release date. Still unsure if I want this tablet or the Acer Iconia A500 (with a sub-par screen, but usb ports).

There's no physical switch/button but there's a lock screen orientation toggle if you press the time/battery in the bottom right corner.

Thanks for the reply. That confirms that there was a prototype at CES that changed to our current release model. Also, no unboxing I've seen mentions the software toggles you talk of; thanks for the info!
