OneClickRecovery - version 2.0 (now also works in CM7)

Another newbie question. Sorry.

Here were the instruction for installing CM7. Step 2 was "Perform a NANDroid backup of your current ROM." and steps afterwards include formatting and factory reset.

In the OP of this thread the instructions seemed to skip the NANDroid backup and format/factory reset? Am I reading this right or missing something?

So... the question would be: which instructions should I follow?

Edit: I think I'm too quick to post these. I found out that the backup in Clockwork was indeed NANDroid backup. However, I'm not sure about formatting/factory reset.

Edit2: I think I found the answer to wiping, in the Wiki/FAQ. I guess it applies to factory reset as well.
