Flashing To ROM with Fastboot - Partially flashed

I finnaly found someone who has the same problem.

I do the flashing on a friends phone same as i did on my multiple times SUCCSESFULLY

and KDZ flashes it Ok, but it just loads up same rom. The background is not changed, apps are here but arent working.

i do a hard reset, see that i've lost some languages, means it's flashed but it's not!

I tried even cs-recovery flash and it just wont.

I repeat, i did the processs multiple times on my phone alwyes succsesfully

--->I also updated that very same phome to 2.1 with KDZ when he got it<---

It flashes the phone but its not flashed. No fastboot. it looks like i'ts partially flashed.

how's that even possible?

Whats the deal with that, i'm getting crazy here?

i will upload a KDZ log if somone knows to check it..

He can't flash the backup because fastboot is unavailable. His phone still has life, but he may have corrupted the bootloader so it won't write files to the bootloader partition.

Here is something you can try:

Download the LG Update tool from here: http://www.lg.com/uk/support/mc-support/mo...one-support.jsp

Once its loaded go to: Customer Support-> Recovery Phone type your IMEI number in (Found under battery or side of box)

I haven't tried this but I found it somewhere on XDA if you phone gets stuck at LG screen, thats ok! Just flash a fastboot rom with KDZ and you should be ok.

He can't flash the backup because fastboot is unavailable. His phone still has life, but he may have corrupted the bootloader so it won't write files to the bootloader partition.

Im afraid that if recovery installed on an uunusual way on the phone that acts so wierd will do the restore partially like KDZz

The flashing won't screw up anything. It will just flash recovery. Run the commands in order:

su

cd /sdcard

chmod 755 flash_image

./flash_image recovery /sdcard/recovery.img

Be sure to put your recovery.img in /sdcard/, and most importantly, YOU MUST BE ROOTED!

You should use recovery 2.5.1.8 if you plan to install 2.2 or my 2.1 backup. You should use 3.0.2.4 for Gingerbread.

okay, tried it, can't find the file..

i enabled ALL permissions, restart the device still samo

tryed 3 more guides over internet, almost the same, but nothing

in the meantime i upgraded two more GT540 from stock 16 to 2.3.3 and from stock 2.1 to 2.3.3 - NO PROBLEMS same computer everything same.

i quit. this phone can not be regularly flashed. there's something wrog, i guess with the hardware.

okay, tried it, can't find the file..

this phone sucks.

i put the clockwork_recovery_3.img in the sdcard root

root the device, reboot

run emulator

make myself root user

and then he just writed no file, or no permission to do that,
