Call them and say you had maps or some other app that heats up phone, and say you left it on charge over night while the app was running and inthe morning it was hot and the touch digitiser didn't work ect,

Does it have to be that excuse. I would say that the touchscreen worked before I went to bed and wouldn't work in the morning? Or is your a more plauseable excuse?

Well it'd prob be good to somehow say it got hot as that's a common problem / excuse, you could try your way :) at the end of the day it depends who you get on the other end, I smashed mine with screwdriver by accident and it got replaced while as my mate who did same wasnt allowed a replacemnt

What was your excuse for the screwdriver "Accident"?

Was it the digitiser that cracked or the Screen or Both?

Hmmmm..... Tried downgrade to gen1?

It'll just mess up my IMEI Number, CBA with going through changing the IMEI again through then ZTE Tools. I'll try Orange on Sunday I think it's about getting the right Customer Service person on the line, I'm gunna say that Google Maps excuse you said earlier.

D'you mean you told them you caused the damage yourself and they just said "O it's free!"

Still Didn't work you meant holding the connector down and powering on? Yeah I did try that Still Didn't work....

I don't think its the ROM because it was runnning fine since about 6pm (Thursday) when I replaced it. Opened it at about 7:30pm (big clump of dust on the digitiser) Still OK .Put it on charge 8:30pm (Thursday). Left it overnight to charge, took it off at 6:30am (Friday) 30-45 mins later, screen was being eractic to touch, ( doing the wrong action ) Took it apart and thought it was dust on the digitiser and blown on it. Reconnected it Didn't work at all!

I think I should phone Orange up on Sunday and if they won't gimme a replacement. I'm back to the drawing board.

If they don't gimme a replacement, What could I do Ricky?
