Guest tymsam Posted May 5, 2011 Report Share Posted May 5, 2011 I decided to make the status bar transparent, currently using MCR Fr 15 from kitchen.. Everything went well I extracted framework-res.apk and inside changed the file statusbar_background.9.png which I thought was responsible for the status bar color.. Then I placed png back in the framework file and using root explorer get it back to system. After reboot I notice that the whole operation was not fully successful.. You can see on the images that it is indeed transparent only on the lock screen and few other places but on the main screen it's plain black.. It looks as though there's another background under the status bar on the main screen and I can't find where it is.. Can anyone help me? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
