Yoigo's Website is not very friendly and I could not manage to find the Term & Conditions for it.

I am assuming that in order to subscribe for the "Bono 8 internet de contrato" :

A) They will need your credid/debit card/bank account details, since the service renews itself and gets charged every month automatically.

:P For the above reason this will most likely require you to be resident, however it may not be the case.

My advice is to give it a go, you never know

You could get to an agreement with your cousin. Ask her to buy you the phone on her credit card / bank account, and pay her cash. Then tell her she can keep the SIM and use it on her smartphone for the 3 months free internet. A win-win situation for both.

Also, remember her to cancel the "Bono 8 internet de contrato" before the 3 free months run out, or otherwise she will get charged automatically.

I'll be back to Madrid for a few days by the end of the month, if I come across any Yoigo Shops I may come in and ask out of curiosity and let you all know :)

Partial screen capture from Yoigo Mobile Plans - Contracts and pre-pay

The mobile is 69 euro on pay-as-you go, providing you subscribe to the "Bono 8 Internet de contrato", which is like a monthly subscription for internet access ( 8 euros /month gives 500 MB/month, and after reaching the limiy you keep having internet but with reduced speeds)

The "Bono 8 internet de contrato" is on offer from 01/12/10 to 31/05/11, so if you get by then, it is free for the first 3 months. The minimum term for this subcription is three month.

wakaru are you spanish right? So why have you choose the contrato one instead tarjeta? For foreign people is much better take the prepago as bono 8 it will activate itself only if you have credit into the sim. I have translate correctly? Spanish and italian are quite similar

Oopps, you're completely right. I picked the wrong one O:)

If you chose pre-pay, it is only the first month free (not 3) and again, this offer is only from 01/12/10 to 31/05/11.

After that the complete price of the phone would be 69 + 9.44 euro = 78.44 euro.

I am still not clear whether you will still require to provide credit/debit card/bank account details for the payments (which most likely would require you to be resident in Spain) or you can just pay cash and forget about cancelling the Bono 8.

All in all it is still a great price.

As I said, I may go into the actual shop just to enquire and get some clear information by the end of this month.

As an Irishman who is always on the lookout for a bargain I went to my nearest Yoigo shop here in Torrevieja in the Costa Blanca in Spain to buy the ZTE Blade that was advertised for €69 ...You can buy the phone straight away for €69 no contract,nothing...You do have to produce a passport and a valid address in Spain to purchase it however...Anti Terrorism laws here in Spain..The version that I bought is the TFT version and is running Froyo 2.2.. As mentioned above the build version is ZTE-BLADEV1.0.0B03 and is GEN2.. The problem that I have is that although I can install Clockworkmod recovery and backup my default rom, no matter what i do I cant seem to get a custom version of froyo or gingerbread working...Specs shown in picture.any help?post-884437-1305070704_thumb.jpg

Could you please before messing round with clockworkmod etc. Could please go on to the Stock ROMS topic and on the last page there should to a Post by Kallt Kaffe and it has one click dump, this will dump your current rom, Make sure you don't supply the data dump.

livewiire;

Most likely it is a Gen2 phone. Use "Ask Mr PigFish" from the market to verify so.

This is why only ROMs designated for Gen2 Blade will work in yours.

Any news?

I was planning a trip to Spain in about a week. And if there are no Blades any more, then i'm left with no phone.

:)

From what I understand, they are selling them in stores at the moment , I have read in their facebook page that those who ordered online got the orders canceled because they got some problems in the shipping, I think that's why it is not on their page, but I don't no for sure.

Also, some stores charge 79€ (69€ + 10€ top up).
