Can't boot into recover

Hey guys,

i wanted to install a modaco rom, but i can't boot into recovery.

I tried it with the Power+Vol Down and with the Android SDK.

I installed CWM some times and rooted and unrooted it.

I alway come to the S/W Upgarde screen, but not into the recovery mode.

Can someone help ? :unsure:

download pauls lg optimus 2x recovery app from the market, costs 99p, that should install pauls recovery. Install that and report back

Had the same problem at the beginning. Just try to hold the Vol. down and Power buttons some seconds longer (until you see the "ANDROID" writing of CWM)

Or you could try this app if you can't afford Paul's app:

Found this out also. Previous to my O2X I had a ZTE Blade and you only had to tap the power on and volume down, but on the optimus you have to hold them BOTH down until you see the android sign/word. Stumped me at first.
