Guest Claudioggs Posted May 15, 2011 Report Posted May 15, 2011 I'm still using the Viewpad 7 stook room, for me is working OK. Rooted and clockwork installed. Probably I will try "Viewpad 7 Froyo Enhanced" or may wait until Android 2.3 or 3.0 ....
Guest beardedmayhem Posted May 15, 2011 Report Posted May 15, 2011 Using the Viewpad 7 Enhanced ROM. Very happy with the performance and haven't had any issues. Battery life is marginally worse than stock ROM, and worth it for the extract speed. Waiting patiently for lakehousetech's Gingerbread ROM. I haven't tried Hucquims ROM, so cannot comment. Paul's ROM is alright, but still too close to stock for my liking.

Guest Oldbarzo Posted May 30, 2012 Report Posted May 30, 2012 Hi All I am using Stock Rom on my Commtiva N700 with Tjstyle Kernal oc to 864. Also use ADW Launcher ex which gets rid of the L/H icons on stock. On another note I have a problem. My battery appears to be on the blink, N700 shuts itself down while the Battery is still showing half-full. Have wiped Batt stats several times and numerous reboots but still the same. Does anyone know where a replacement battery for the N700/Viewpad 7 can be purchased. Have already tried fleabay but cannot find the proper type. Battery in my Tab is "ATL Li-ion Battery Pack DC 3.7v 3250 wAh 12.0 wh" any help greatly appreciated. Oldbarzo (Stransky)

Hi No have not found a battery. My N700 now needs to be on power point after going down to 77% otherwise it shuts down. Still looking though. Thanks for the interest. Stransky
