Files won't stay deleted

I've been trying to delete things off my storage for weeks now and it's not doing anything. So far, I've tried it on my computer, from file explorer on the phone, using the clear data in settings, formatting tool on my computer and nothing has worked. I can delete files, but after a little bit (I thought it was after I updated the library in Touch Player, but that wasn't the case) they just show up again fully intact. Adding files won't work either, they just disappear. Another odd problem that seems to be connected is that I can't play music from NanoGroove properly. It'll play the song for a bit, but then it cuts into music I haven't had since before the deleting problems.
