Guest sjmar3 Posted May 25, 2011 Report Posted May 25, 2011 (edited) Hey all, I've done a search on here and using google but haven't found any kind of solution. I've been having an issue in the last few days. My gmail account (being used through the normal email client) gets stuck at the "logging in" section. If i try to stop it connecting it gets hung up at the "disconnecting" section. I was using SPB Mobile Shell and thought that was my problem so uninstalled it though that didn't help. I then formatted the phone though that also didn't help! Does anyone have any idea about this issue? Also I can never seem to update my phone though by selecting "Windows Update.". Any help would be appreciated!! Cheers, Steve Edited May 26, 2011 by sjmar3
Guest fclifton Posted May 26, 2011 Report Posted May 26, 2011 I just started having the same problem. I wonder if Gmail changed something. Anyway, I deleted the Gmail account on my phone, then added it back and so far it has worked ok again. BTW, when it would get stuck, the tmail process was using like 99% CPU and my phone would get hot. That's how I knew it was happening.
Guest sjmar3 Posted May 26, 2011 Report Posted May 26, 2011 Glad to hear I'm not the only one this is happening too (well sort of, be good if none of us were having the problem). I've tried removing and putting in my Gmail account again to no avail.. Anyone got any ideas?
