Software Advice - Viable Picasa and Remote Support

Hi all,

Looking for some software advice.

I have a eee pad that I have bought for an elderly relative to video chat and see web albums and I have a requirement for two pieces of software.

1. A remote support app (VNC server type) so I can take over the tablet and fix problems remotely.

2. A viable picasa app. I have my shared picasa albums of our little lad. Just Pictures crashes all the time, Picasa Tool isn't designed for tablets.

Any suggestions welcome.
