This froyo miui is the best rom in your all rom,others rom both great,but I love this best,keep work with this

and I think the GS2 is best between sensation GS2 and ARC

Will be testing connectivity tonight, Thursday night drive to another town, 75 miles, good, bad, and great service areas!!!! Will report my findings in detail, will be in a H / 3G area for several hours too to download what ever ya release!!! ( hint, hint...) ;) :P :D :D

@Trip, I think you have already 99% there, only thing missing is the camera and camcorder to be 100% working with zoom..

Nice work Trip. But this version not very stable like 1.5.5. I'm using TIPBB49. After fresh rom install miui backup FC. After reboot works fine. Some apps like cpuspy, skype FC, after restart works fine. And i get some restart then plugged in cable from pc. But at all rom is very good. Then you fix camera zoom and battery life (becouse i charge it every day some calls, few sms, and 3-4h internet) it will be perfect rom.

P.s. Quadrant stable at 1350.

P.p.s. no patch, no custom kernel or other stuff which isn't needed.

happens sometimes... was happening in the past with earlier versions of miui when first run of an app (it was usually root explorer back then) the phone rebooted but on first run onlyshould be ok after

Hi James. Good trick. I followed your instructions. Reboot loop is gone but I am still facing signal problem. Appears for few second and disappear. Any other trick to tackle this problem. Thanks anyway.

OR install patch after rom and no need to be fast as hell to crash system in less than 20 secs ;)

For me camera is 100% working, dont expect any update for that soon it it will take atleast some months for i maybe start to port gingerbread zoom. It is sooo crappy zoom on the camera that it is useless, and flashlight is also worthless because its more an crappy lamp instead of a flash so for me camera 100% working now

Hi guys, i just find the way to make it work perfectly and fast on .67 BB with trip .54 higher fix patch. All you have to do is to flash official .67 bb not tripnBB.67 then

go to xrecovery

Factory reset

wipe cache

delvich cache

battery reset

And now install the tripnfix patch for .54 + higher

install the rom 1.6.1

and restart.

rom gonna restart by itself after every 20 seconds each time.

Now here you need to be quick and try to crash the system with dev tools, before it restart by itself again.

when it resart by crashing system you need to boot into xrecovery.

then in xrecovery install the tripn fix patch again and enjoy.

I ve no problem of any kind after doing that. Try if it works for u.

Battery life quite good then recent 1.56

Colours are much better vivid then any other room there.

Sms, call in call out, all working.

No signal probs.

Wifi perfectly working.

Nice trick followed all the steps, now I seems like there is no more problems with my signal in stock BB67... getting back all my apps and data from miui backup, I will update later if get any problems.

SMS not tested yet...

UPDATE: SMS works fine and after 30 minutes the signal works ok.

And is anyone having issues with battery drain?! i'm on TRIPnBB 49 with trip's 1.6.1 ROM battery went from 85% to 18 % in a matter of 3 hours with barely any usage.

Well all good things have a final, after almost 1 hour the problem

with the signal is back... Going back to the 1.5.6 version.

Trip sorry for ask but what is the advantage to have the BB49 againts the BB67?
