im using 1.6.9 for bb 52

im on bb 52

installed 3.50 miui kernel

can connect to wifi but when i open browser it cant seem to receive connection.

im sure i have internet as im using it now.

hmmmm....

ive already crashed the system server twice

Restore back to your save, try again with stock kernel.......This is why Trip does not support kernels at this time............................................................................

Everything is fine so far, running it for 20h now.

X100, 4 being tech savvy users you guys don't learn how to read very well. Trip has stated all along that custom kernels are not supported, get a clue and stop asking stupid questions. If it was not supplied by trip then it is not supported. Not hard to understand.

I am running 1.6.9 with BB.67 and the March kernel from BB .65, everything works great. I used Trips wifi fix and all is good.

Hi Trip, small bug report with 1.6.9 + BB.67 + Kernel from March :

- FC with all apps when gapps are in sync (gmail, contacts,...)

- big freez when I clic on "Account and sync" in settings... must open the battery for rebooting !

- 426Mo Free (380 before) in internal cache, but 80Mo Free instead of 110Mo before !?!

- battery drain issue (I did a clean install...)

Please fix it quickly, coz I'm addict on your ROM ! ;)

no offense but stock kernel isnt just enough for me, fruit ninja on stock is laggy

None taken, just don't expect to get support when you go off and do your own thing. Feel free if you feel you know better what to run on this rom better than the dev that created it, just don't report the problems here. Start a new thread about TripNmiui and custom kernel or something. ;)

You can use whatever u want I dont think someone really care about it ;) just dont spam with same questions over and over specially when Trip is not supporting custom kernels and someones keep asking about it...

In 1.6.9 when anyone of my contacts call me the only thing that apears in the screen is the phone number, not the contact name...

Anyone with the same problem?

This may be me being a numpty, but the only thing I have found so far that I can't quite get on this lovely ROM is that I can't figure out how to reduce the number of screens. At present I have six and want to reduce to five - and as an addition (if possible) I would like to choose which one gets emphasis when the home button is pressed.

Anyone care to advise me?

no not like that all seems to be fine on 54 and 1.69 , needed the wifi fix after that , also oke,

battery i charge once an day , well i found it acceptable for such an rom :-)
