how does this compare to trip's froyo miui rom?

trips froyo rom was awesome ... and this one is much much better .... only if trip could fix the brightness problems and market (trip you can keep the old one if you want and we will add the new market manually... the new market is beta anyway ) it will be the best x10 rom ... seriously no joke .... you'd better wait for the next release ...

Camera - Not OK

Problems there and here (wallpaper disappearing).

Probably needs a new ramdisk for the kernel.

Edit 2: Going back to BB 71 for now.

I put my charger in the morning when i went to sleep and i woke up to see my phone was very hot and the battery at 1%. I am still using it more than one hour @ 1% without the battery get drain.

hey, only as info, with this rom and the fps uncap fix for 2.3 roms from zdzihu I get ~ 48Fps in quadrant at the planets!! Without custom kernel or s.th., on stock se gb kernel

It became really slow :( I had to go back to TripNMiUI Froyo 1.8.3. Nice work anyway, I'll test next versions too

obviously , it is... even froyo was little slower in earlier releases... trip will make it as fast as froyo in next few relese... final touch is needed yet...

we should be happy that everything is working...

I did that but still the same @1%

wipe battery stat.... remove the battery if it's too hot... let it be cool.... then insert it.... charge the phone but dont turn the phone on...

if phone is not heating again while charging then everything should be okay....

Everything is working great for me..no problem at all except app2sd which really don't care for it..no issue on the new market at all. Thank you Trip for a wonderful rom.

Have you tried taking the battery off? Sounds like you may have to use flashtool to flash the good old 2.1 back on and start from scratch :rolleyes:

LIST OF BUGS FACED BY ME -:

1. Settings-->DND Mode--> FC

2. Issue wid the brightness.

3.Market--> FC (I installed older one works fine)

4.Playing Musik From Widget or Changing Song Gives FC.

THINGS NOT WORKING:-

CAMERA ZOOM

Camera Flash Light (flash light works fine in video recording)
