Same problem mate, many games dont want to install :( I have no idea how to fix it, and just un-mounting ur sd card dont help :/

Also looking for solution, anyone ??

I have quite a few games installed, angry birds, touch racing, worms, pool break, nes emulator, wiicontroller, all working great.

If you have the apk files, and flashtool, and know how to use it, try mounting your sd to pc, then using the flashtool apk installer, this was the only way that worked for me to get angry birds

I always get fc when i press then green phone icon, right of contact entry, for direct dial.

Been using this rom the whole day, and e everything (that i use) seems to be working fine. No, not fine.. Awesome! ;) well i had a freeze once but I think the damn new market (which trip will remove in next version) caused that.

something a found thought just to let you know...

when opening foto's taken from your froyo iris rom....they seem to be blury but i know for sure they were crisp and sharp...

pics taken now with the gb rom all is oke ....

dunno why but cant get them sharp :blink:

WOW! My First Post!

I decided to make my Xperia into an iXperia, I am trying to just resize and copy the files from my Ipod touch. If I replace the images in SysremUI.apk in the ROM's zip file then re-flash the ROM, will i kill it?

(Sorry for the Noob Question)

P.S It looks like there will be a new reslese before i get this done! lol :)

All is ok Trip...except I still can't change fonts through the theme manager and changing the status bar leaves notifications transparent(black/unreadable). :( My market is fine (I do note that the version it gave me ended in .6 and the one I had in a TitaniumBackup ended in .7 but it still works).

I've gone back and forth with both the stock SE GB and this and clearly see differences in speed and responsiveness. I must admit the animations from the SE GB are awesome (the screen timeout animation looks like you turned off a tv) but I'm happier with the speed here.

If you have an issue after flashing the new kernel & BB (provided by Trip) that it seems no one else has, I suggest:

1. Flashing one of the xrecovery-able, pre-rooted, GB roms - Trip posted one (around p.112 I think?) but if you can't find that one I've used Wolf_GB_2.3_TW as well and it flashed with no problems

2. Get that other rom running for a bit...test out some of the non-miui (boring) stuff...and back up just as a precaution .

3. Re-flash TripNMiui 1.2 and test out your bugs again with as little extra apps/stuff installed as possible. Make it the first thing you test out!

If you still have issues try and be specific as to what isn't working and what you were doing when it stopped working (if it ever did). How can we re-create the problem and how can Trip fix these issues with no extra info? More details = better.

Keep in mind that you still want to only restore the APP from your Titanium Backups...you might get away with it sometimes but restoring data can break stuff.

It's known that app2sd is not working. (One more time for good luck) It's KNOWN that APP2SD is NOT working! Just keep your eyes open for whenever it is stated that it IS working. Pretty simple.

First off i have been following trip since xda and i would like to say thanks not the first time :-) I tried this rom today and i have to be honest as i always am.

It was terrible, basically so laggy it was unusable. I tried to use it for a few hows and when ever i did something it would freeze up and was really unusable.

I like to give feedback as that is abviously the idea so trip and work out any issues. The camera did work i have to say which is an excellent achievement in itself.

If you guys could recommend a way to resolve this issue i am happy to try again and re-install. Which i think i will do anyway as i would like this to work for me. I may just wait until the next release :-)

I may end up switching back to froyo 1.8.3 as this was much more usable. I'm sure you can iron out the bugs Trip....so I await your next GB release!

likewise, I'm also having this issue. Rom was fine for most of the day after installing it but as of a couple of hours ago when i tried charging my battery via usb it started acting weird n basically freezing/ not sliding to unlock n such

I had the lag issue as well.

I needed a reboot and things sped up.

Another reboot and thigns are fast.

Maybe try that.

Yes, as ZePhantom has mentioned, try rebooting a few times. The ROM runs great after it had some time to settle in, well at least for me.

Once the minor bugs are fixed, it will be a masterpiece. I would really be happy if the below issue is fixed -

3G/Data drops after it hasn’t been used for a while. Have to then disable and re-enable Data to make it working again.

As always, thank you Trip for this ROM. I understand you have spent a lot of sleepless nights on this! :)

I used phone tester and it only sees 2.

BTW at 30% battery been going for 11 hrs lots of use, had an issue where it would not charge over 90%, so I wiped stats again, Im gonna let it die completely then hope for 100 this time

I am getting good battery usage.

I wiped the stats and cache etc before installing the ROM.

I always do this and have never seen issues with the Battery.

Trip can you please update the xRecovery of this ROM with z's new xRecovery (Gingerbread ready)?

Cause this one have problems with memory card not being able to mount.
