Froyo still number 1.

Rebuilding GB completely to integrate it maximum with 1.6.17

- 1.6.17 will be base

- from here will be a custom miui rom with updates to later miui version only when they are nesecary and/or have new GOOD features

- It will be an optimized rom after some releases

- Rom is prepared for implementing SE camera, i'm not going to pay much attention to camera when SE fix is arround the corner

First i'm uploading all my X10 documents, i still have acces to a lot SE employement websites. Keep you in touch when i found something interesting.

Anyone with an working XP computer maybe lucky to use official SE phone tools, i downloaded all of them but they not running on 7 because net framework 1.1

If you have an XP computer let me know when i uploaded all then it would be nice if you wanna test them

Wonder would it work in Win7 XP Mode. Plus I have loads of XP PC's too, I'm a computer engineer.

I don't know why, but in 0.4 and 0.5, I have tried both, I get regularly the message sdcard safe to remove and then phone freezes and reboots. Any solutions?

not yet, I'm making a fresh install atm. But this bug existed earlier at the freex10 rom from z, on the froyo miui from trip and maybe others too also. Anytime with a new release it was fixed, but now it's in the gb miui again present. So I don't know why this is, but maybe it shouldn't be that hard to fix it, cause it was fixed yet in his froyo miui..

I noticed that it happens when using root explore and within root explore you use the option to close/exit. but if you just back out the app by clicking back till the app closes I don't get the problem.

but you get that problem always then, if android closes the app completely.

1. You use rootexplorer and click exit --> you get the problem directly

2. you use rootexplorer, exit it by clicking back button, then long press menu and click kill apps --> you get the problem directly

3. you use rootexplorer, exit it by clicking back button --> You get the problem then, when android clears the memory for other apps.

Still testing this rom out trip. Started with the UD version which was great...minus the wifi. Then since wifi is kind of important I went to the 4.0 rom. Currently I'm starting to see a trend with more than a few already mentioned programs. I'm not certain, but I think this all relates to the MIUI task manager...since root explorer Titanium Backup both use task manager functions for their own purpose but when just trying to use it without either program it still causes the system to restart after the "SD safe to remove" message. Still testing it out while trying to set everything up. Are there any other programs that are having issues so I can install and see if they also use task manager functions ...mainly ones that allow you to exit directly or exit once you hit the back button.

Edit: It seems as long as the MIUI task manager is not open for a long period...a quick switch between apps...it will not restart the phone. Still looking into where Titanium crashes.
