firefox browser works flawless, i have been using it all day. after few times rebooting then messaging started working. battery duration is awesome. 1.7.8 -who-do-we-appreciate!

edit: hmm changed lockscreen wallpaper and again sdcard safe to remove, i will flash the rom again.

+1 for SDcard Safe to remove issue,

of course for me occured 1 time in applying a theme

I have some trouble with wifi, it seems to be connected but any browser or market connection is unavialable, it means any web page open due tu "trouble connection", in froyo case everythink is ok with the same wifi settings

Great job, Trip!

Now on your latest GB release with BB67 (Trip modified). installed after reset to factory settings, wiping all other things required (straight from TripNMiui GB 0.35)

Only FCs I get:

- browser (known issue)

- GPS not working (major issue for me since I use navigation software and sport tracker)

- miui backup sometimes stucks to 9% with backing up (system settings post)

- miui theme manager sometimes very slow (often stuck at 14% when changing lock screen etc)

- battery draining much faster than GB 0.35

otherwise very impressed with the latest release!

The version from cordato 1.7.1 is a good one everything is working incl. custom kernel. Camera is only working with illusions but that is the same in trips rom.......

Trip .... i tried this rom and it's Awesome comparing with other makers but ...

*The rotating is too slow in GB unlike froyo.

*Videos with (800*600) res and above are too slow and unwatchable in video players like (rock player - mobo player - etc)

back to tripnmiui-iris 1.7.3 ... the king of roms

My WiFi gives me wired Problems, Sometimes after its connected my internet does not work and sometimes my phone crashes and keeps rebooting until i switch off the WiFi somehow.

Just asking, but have you ever tried to fix vold not being able to mount sd card's partitions in the correct order?

because every 2.2+ rom on xda suffers from the exact same flaw.

Good morning!!

Miui is close to offering a stable release. That will make Trip's life easier to modify for our phones, he will have to spend less time trying to fix their bugs that are inherent in the rom version... each new version of gb miui has different issues to fix or work around. Much easier with a stable release..

His rom, his priorities, you fix one thing and two others can be broken, all compromise!!!

We need to be patient and let Trip do what he does best!!!
