I tested this rom and I'm switching back to another miui gb. This rom still needs a lot of work. It has bugs and also not that smooth and fast.

Please show me how to update TripNMiUI "Iris" Gingerbread 0.8! camera can take pictures but not save your photo library. Machine, then press the new menu from escaping the home screen. while the camcorder is still working normally and save the video, although reformat the memory of the FAT 32 without risk. Thank you !

Still working on the wifi issue, wifi cant get connected also camera needs to be rebuilded. When wifi is working the rom is released. I allready tried adding the libnetutils from my previous release this causes boot fail. Libnetutils need to be re-writed :( but all bugs are identified and fixable so thats the good news.

Reason i'm not releasing is because i allready see the reactions "wifi IsnT WorKKIng FiXX pLZ SOONn" no beta's and alpha's anymore. It needs to be the same functionality or better before release.

So far;

- FASTER; improvement 40%

- Graphics fully up and running; improvement 30-60% (hard to say it exactly in this alpha fase)

- Bluetooth system rebuilded; improvement 20%

- Dalvik cache can be set to 32mb without causing rom to lag

- Theme system 100% working

- Speaker volume louder

- Linpack up to 50Mflops on stock kernel

anyone who thinks that custom kernels are improving performance, try to convince me..

- HW videodecoder low color issues

identified and will be fixed

vpn doesnt work in any version of Iris GB MIUI (and in corbato gb too) ....

it works in all of froyo roms (include all of your froyo roms) .. can you fix this in next release ... it is very very important for me and for all iranians member (without vpn we cant use market and all of community sites like FB , Google+ , .... are closed with filtering)

Trip, don't even...trip...over the small talk that people keep complaining about keep up the good work! And thank you.

I haven't switched from .75 yet since you're still working on some fixes to this update. However, I do note that I have to stop and start my data sometimes to get it to start working again. Seems to be after the phone's been idle for a while. Just wanted to let you know in case you haven't looked at it since .75

Also are you still keeping up with the Bug thread you started? Maybe some of these (including mine) should be just placed there...it would be nice if modaco could let us put a sub thread in this one just for bugs.

Oh and could someone post a link to the new market download? I've tried to change the build.prop to see if it would update the phone the market sees on the website and on the phone but it still says "AT&T Sony Ericsson X10 TripNMiUI-Iris". The app I'm trying to download is the Socom 4 app which is available for GB.

I have the same problem ! Can anyone guide me to solve this problem ? :(

I also get FC in dialer, but only after I syncronised my google contacts. After that, when I try to dial a number, I get FC. :blink: Back to GB 0.75.

I'm on bb67, Trips kernel.
