this is almost a fully working rom just a few hicups which trip is working on as we read if he manages to get this done and sorted tonight he be a hero if not there be 1000 posts of crap tomorrow lolgive the man a chance back off let him work and if you dont like dont use its that easy he has a life as well remember!!!!!

bugs:

Native player freezes when trying to switch tracks.

A couple of times after turning off the screen had to pull out the battery, because the body no matter what did not respond.

Video plays fine, but sometimes artifacts.

Vibrootklik the native keyboard does not work.

Dialer does not even start.

Wi-Fi to connect the device would not.

I offer a trip - to go into hiding for a month or two and take on a ROM. Until he molded the ROM based on 1.7.8 - 1.7.15 already appeared!! Fact!! He will now be under her tune ......... and once again get ass.

dude it seems like you couldnt find any other place to blow off some steam.

Please either go away from Trip's roms or report bugs in a humane manner.

P.S. a lot of the bugs that you are reporting are outdated.

Waiting to see this rom working on its final version soon.

My suggestions are to back up all your apps (if you're already using a MiUI version) with titanium and VERIFY all the backups too. When you get the rom up and running unless you really deem it necessary only install the app from your titanium backups...not app+data. You should of course also do a recovery backup before flashing.

Using Flashtool, I chose to install this rom fresh from the generic 2.1 SE rom THEN root THEN install recovery THEN upgrade to BB67 THEN flash the .75 rom. Back it up in recovery after you get it somewhat started so you can always fall back to your cleanest install.

Also the new market works on this ROM, follow the directions on previous posts (which basically state to back up the provided market in titanium backup and then uninstall it...but don't remove the backup. Then manually add the new market apk to the system/app folder and rename it as well as change permissions using root explorer.) Keep in mind that if you redo/schedule titanium to auto backup your apps it may overwrite your old market! Oh and I don't use root explorer as a regular file manager I actually use the one from the market made by Rhythm Software.

I didn't post the link to the new market but you can find it easily and I take no responsibility for ppl not following directions and MY directions are only my own suggestions.

P.S. As for using the MiUI theme manager try out Kobalt_IC3 as a font...you can install individual parts from themes by just going into the "edit theme settings"...and Android3 as a status bar. IF you have problems with them not downloading/installing then just hold down the back button to close the app and try again. I needed to do that a few times at first but now I can swap my downloaded theme parts without any issues.
