Did I say I wanted your ROM? No! Not at all! In fact I even tried helping your fans to make this ROM better by linking to a patch that would fix problems in your ROM!

If you're going to be so accusing and hostile against me, I want you to point to my posts where I directly insulted or hate you. The only thing I have said against you is that you hype your ROMs too much. EVERYONE WILL AGREE WITH ME BECAUSE IT'S A FACT. It's a weakness of yours, it doesn't detract from your ROMs, but it's true. I never said your ROMs suck.

If you want to keep up your childish attitude, which I had hoped would have been removed from the move from XDA, then go ahead, but read my posts.

I also find it sad that you are ready to deprive your huge fanbase of your good ROMs (see, I said good, happy?), JUST BECAUSE THERE ARE SOME 'ASSHOLES' SAYING 'BS' ABOUT YOU. That shows what a kind of person you are. You don't care about the praise and accolades you get, all you care about is the people who are not exactly blinded by your 'godliness'. Ignore the people who love you, hate the people who hate you and make the people who love you suffer, so that they will also join your side in the hate. You could be a great politician.

Not to forget, cobrato's patch was not even specifically for this (un)holy ROM (where the users aren't allowed to use patches of their own will) , it was for all ROMs, yet I can see it in the future: Trip using cobrato's patch (or parts of it) and naming it as his own without giving credits.

Ive been sitting and quietly watching this progress for the past few days and I've gotta say I saw this coming. The hype made from the camera BREAKTHROUGH and then a few days off from Trip followed by people posting SMS issues. I thought it was pretty clever for people to try to use the SMS patch from another rom and if it worked, hell use it! Its your phone, do what you like. People shouldnt be made to look bad because they've used or suggested it. Like the person before me said, I wouldnt be suprised if trip uses it. And why wouldnt he? It works! MOVE ON.

I am sadly having some doubts now about the camera working or ever being released.

This helps the users but can make bug hunting a beta rom a problem because zip patches can also effect other things in the rom and create more bugs to track down.

Imagine sorting thru files and libs looking for reported problems that you cannot duplicate on your phone...... hours wasted????

Plus using a fix from a person u don't get along with, will generally piss you off!! True??

I have only good things to say about all the x10 devs, never had a personal problem with any of them. They do this stuff for free / almost, and in their spare time, respect.

While I totally agree, the unfortunate part is 90% of Trips ROMs are betas if not more. Some have the SMS working, some do not, some have great radio, some come and go, some the camera works, some dont, some are BB this, and some are BB that. I appreciate the hard work for sure! But the results are all over the place. I feel like we all keep coming up with the same bugs over and over and over and over. I will say they ALL look pretty, and the screen is very HD looking. But IMO, things need to work correctly before making them look pretty. Its like getting a pretty looking present for your birthday, only to find a broken gift inside. Trip gets mad at people reporting bugs, but thats what is called DEVELOPMENT. Things get better by collaboration! There are a ton of crappy people that are just trying to p$$$ off whoever they can, mostly to try to p$$$off Trip. They help nothing. As with any art, whether its a painting on the wall or a cool android rom, there is going to be critisizm. People need to learn to handle critisizm. I guess that comes in time. Young and smart, does NOT equal old and experienced.

I'll say one thing; since i've started this custom rom and the whole flashing thingy (which btw i'm kinda addicted too as ilove getting updates all the time since it doesnt make one feel tired and bored with the same old sh*t,) i have honestly only ever used trip's rom...i dont know what it is but i feel safe knowing it comes from Trip for some reason

TripnArc is a mess and doesn't work properly.

Trip's froyo ROM is great so I'll give him that

Trip's GB ROM is like playing russian roullete, sometimes it works great sometimes it doesn't, personally I prefer the stabality of Cobrato's ROM, but that's up to opinion.

I really don't get your point by your post. He said that only Trip and Wolf are actively updating, that was a wrong statement..a lot more devs are constantly active...it doesn't have to do with how many people are making.

It's not a competition ;)
