what's problem with Settings? >>> Settings FC

can we use settings correctly?

i want to know before i install this version

After using for 18hrs I'm telling you its the best rom yet, BB67. Settings/Display did FC first few times but it just needed to settle in. New market perfect, wifi perfect, bluetooth better than ever. New settings and options all over the place. Its a huge leap forward. The screen makes my Stock Samsung GS2 look sh1te!!!

I flashed it over 1.7.3 (froyo with custom kernel 3.60). Only one reboot automatically after installing rom. Very stable all day.

Don't know what trip is gonna be able to do with the SE GB system files when they eventually come out. Just wish he'd make a SGS2 rom next.

in cobrato Rom app2sd is to work why not at trip its Romes

hope with new Rom everything goes unfortunately can not all be installed apps however in arc Rom of trip why already go that not also here?

This is the best gb rom ever, no fc, everything working, also the italian language works with sms, battery life seems good, rom faster than ever, with the working camera it will be perfect. very good work

No it isnt Trip stated in his post he will not apply 720p because of the upcoming GB update.

But this rom is one of the best! Never FC works everytime i flash this rom! Its SOOO GOOOD! THX trip!!!

I don't know why so many people seems to be having Market FC issues, so I'll state what I done exactly to get what i regard as a near perfect rom from Sir Trip!!!

I had Trips Froyo 1.7.3 with a custom kernel 3.60. With BB67 in the UK before flashing (which was also a cracking rom by the way)

-----> Copied Trips download onto my sd card.

-----> Done all backups just incase. Especially xrecovery backup because it does like ghost would do on a PC (complete image, kernel the lot)

-----> In xrecovery v0.3 (NOT v1.0) do a factory reset (full wipe), Wipe Cache Partition, move to Advanced Options then Wipe Dalvik Cache and Battery Stats. (some people with OCD do them all twice (like me))

-----> Then simply install custom zip and select Trips masterpiece.

Note that this overwrites any custom kernel so you don't need to worry about that having any effect on it.

Thia also has the very latest Market v3.0.27 built in (maybe its possible that it does work in some countries?)

I realise thats teaching most people to suck eggs but it hard to gauge what stage everyone is at, but we all had to start somewhere.

Also people having FC's could try using the Fix Permissions option in xrecovery, that sometimes helps.

Did you get the custom kernel working for 1.0 ? ..if you have please link me, also did u have a lot of issues runnin it or was it relatively smooth? any info would be much appreciated. thanks

I tested the kernel z, when i was in 0.9.5 rom.

Everithing were very good, but WI-FI didn't work

EDIT: now, all can try install these kernels!!:

Reboot the phone manually twice second time run fix permissions in xrecovery, should fix most issues...
