Kernel request

Hi,

This topic is firstly aimed to Paul. Some of P990 users unfortunatelly were not able to use new OC/UV kernels (phone freezes on LG logo), after some research I found that limiting of OC in EternityProject 2.3 kernel to 1.2 Ghz allows phone to run normally, so I'm kindly asking Paul to add one more kernel option in kitchen, which will give update with such limited kernel.

Thanks!

As I know the rom itself is not over clocked.

if you never install pimp my cpu, will your device stuck in boot loop?

Yes, unfortunatelly it does not start at all even without PMC. But it works with only one change in nvrm_clock_limits.c which disables "PSYCHO" overclocking (up to 1.4 Ghz) mode. Boot.img which built from EternityProject source code with this change.

BTW I can provide full fr17 CWM image with modified EP kernel
