Connect your phone to PC

Goto Settings >> Wireless & Networks >> Tethering & Portable Hotspot >> Enable USB Tethering

If you have installed the Liquid drivers, it will install the USB Ethernet drivers and your connection should show up as a Local Area Connection. In fact, I'm using such a connection right now :D

I have just flashed this ROM and I have two initial questions:

1. As shown in my attachment, in comparison with Metalfroyo 3.1, this ROM is showing the Network operator twice on the notifications drawer and lock screen. Quite annoying :) , so can that be fixed?

2. Can i restore my market downloaded apps/games from Titanium? Over this forum I have read multiple times that we should not restore backups. I mean whats the point? I need the backups. My savegames are all in there LOL ;)

Thank you so much! Tomorrow Iwill try! Thank you ! B)

giving error STATUS(0) in start. what can I do? If i am doing smth wrong? (previous rom was TWROCK's rom(6.1.04).(huawei 8230);

p.s. sorry for my bad english.

Are you trying to install this ROM on a Acer Liquid or any other device? Because this ROM is for Acer Liquid.

I googled the issue of two operator names and got this

code.google.com/p/cyanogenmod/issues/detail?id=507wu

so I guess that its a non issue now :-)

After a few hours of using this ROM I see that its almost perfect.

Working app2sd out of the box is something I am seeing for the first time since I got a liquid last month! Only problem is the camera saturation issue. Fabio pleeeease fix the camera issue fast :-P. This is definitely my only ROM till video recording gets fixed on gingerbread.

also, may I design a better boot screen for you ? the grey is very plain :-) :-)

Can you give me a logcat?

SD storage can not be turned on, flashed 2.2 already.

it's a bit difficult to provide a logcat due to its beeing rondom.. sometimes it unmounts sometimes it's all ok for hours..

Should I open the terminal and type "logcat" ? Never done a log file before

Use "MultiSD mount", but for me native sd mount works right

logcat > /sdcard/logcat

or

adb logcat > randomfile

gnufabio maybe i've found an issue: the magnetic sensor needs to be recalibrated at every reboot

there's a way to store the sensor calibration data?

The magnetic sensor calibration file is regenerated by kernel on each boot :)

Sorry what's the problem?

nothing... the problem is that i need to recalibrate the compass everitime that i use the google maps or copilot... and it's difficult to recalibrate it in car...

if it is possible i would like that it remain calibrated

sry for my bad eng

[iT]

nessun problema tranne iol fatto che devo ricalibrare la bussola tutte le volte che uso maps o copilot, ed è difficiloe farlo in macchina.

se è possibile vorrei che rimanesse calibrato.

spero di non essere troppo seccante....
