battery charging problem plz help

i have this problem with my orange sf , since i installed cm7 with converter for gen 1 devices i noticed that battery never discharges

i then did from recovery wipe bat stats and removed from the phone

since then i have 2 different situations : 1 full charged never discharge , 2 empty not charging

flashed different roms and releases froyo's , eclair , nothing changes

i think file system is harmed somehow

i suppose this has to do with a file like batterystats.bin which is harmed cause i already tried a new battery(same)

whatever calibration i do nothing changes

what can i do?

how can i restore everything to stock maybe this solves problem

finally switched to stock ,unroot , removed cwr , battery problem remains

would like to do a tpt method for installing stock boot etc but it displays battery voltage low - no matter the level in homescreen

any suggestion?

sounds like a fault in the battery control hardware.

phone was bought from uk. already send back to orange for replacement
