Guest ManniX.ita Posted August 22, 2011 Report Posted August 22, 2011 Go to the offical website: http://liquidnext.uphero.com/joomla/pages/rom-download Download and flash "Back 2 stock Camera": Restore camera back to stock one. Video playback fixed. Only needed with 1.7.2 Hi guys. i've a problem. after flashing my phone to 1.7.2 i can't see the HD video. heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp
Guest ManniX.ita Posted August 22, 2011 Report Posted August 22, 2011 Mine LCD battery usage is 57%, this has been reported by other users too. I will open a ticket in the bugtracker tomorrow if nobody does it before. Can I ask why the LCD uses 63% of total battery *IF* the screen is mostly OFF, 30% brightness, 1 minute to turn off? This was mostly on standby and the screen never lighted by itself. When I did some calls the screen was off (proximity sensor worked)
Guest TK101 Posted August 22, 2011 Report Posted August 22, 2011 anyone with a liquid e 512 mb phone please check, if the rom recognizes all of your memory. i have a liquid e with 512 mb and only 256 mb are used. half the memory is not usable. I guess you mean: Only 256 MB are shown as available, right? Can confirm that. Had the same problem a while ago -> 256 MB available RAM under LN 1.7.2 But then i flashed back to stock rom for another reason (there it was 512 MB again by the way) ... and later i reflashed to LN 1.7.2. After that it showed 512 MB, right now it says 427 MB again ... so its a bit strange in fact. I just tried to put that in the bug tracker, but it didnt take my ticket ... dunno why. Anybody else out there with weird RAM stats? Please check. And if anybody can open a ticket in but tracker for that (in case more people are affected by that) - would be appreciated :-)

I will open a ticket in the bugtracker tomorrow if nobody does it before. Disable data connection and you'll see your battery drain decrease dramatically. I know that without it is not a good thing but with this rom it's necessary... (at this moment). I have LN 1.7.1
Guest AcerFerrari Posted August 23, 2011 Report Posted August 23, 2011 I want to say that LiquidNext really is a good rom! I use Quadrant Advanced to do a benchmark, and it did it with a score of 1499! A bit higher than Nexus One 2.2! Woo Love it~~~^^

Kernel is the same for everybody here so it's not possible you get less ram
Guest siggey Posted August 23, 2011 Report Posted August 23, 2011 Other test let me known that option 9 in v6 supercharged script on a1 with 256 mb swap give more stability.
Guest zorginho Posted August 23, 2011 Report Posted August 23, 2011 (edited) Hey thepasto do u have any plans on a next version, with lagfix and some bugfix? On the bugtracker there're some reports. Sent from my Liquid using Tapatalk Edited August 23, 2011 by zorginho
Guest kaerry Posted August 23, 2011 Report Posted August 23, 2011 (edited) Ok found the right parameters to use V6 Supercharger without lag and improved performances, with less battery drain on liquid A1 I select this: - 13 Unkernelized - 14 Unsupercharged - Reboot - 1 Supercharger (then select NO home locked in memory) - 12 OOM Grouping fixes + Bulletproof Launcher - 10 Cust-OOmizer with this settings (strict lowmem): 6, 8, 16, 60, 70, 80 After that open a2sdgui and set swappines to 40 (i have a 256 MB swap partition) - Enjoy your fast Liquid A1 (256 MB RAM + 256 MB Swap + V6 Supercharger) Now my liquid has this battery drain: 20 hours with 3G and sync enabled (Viber, Gtalk, Gmail, etc...) approximately 3 days without data enabled Edited August 23, 2011 by kaerry

We don't have problems with stock camera.. we made it working :D libcamera and video recording/playback are two different things. With new libcamera we should have zoom with two touches and others missing features. we are working on it. codecs are ok i think.
