Market download fail. Hardware or ADT/recovery issue???

i had same problem than retry with other flash solve but now have problem with market it dont download any apps

why? B)

Have you right internal memory or not?

My Metal is coming back with a new motherboard so it was really bricked...

Tomorrow or monday will return :)

the memory rom is 512mb it s fine but if i flash and return to 2.2 i have same blue screen error

if i flash 2.3 it's ok but ALWAYS in every firmware the market start but dont download :)

And do you know, it is was HW error, or it was bricked cause of "bad" flashing? :D

Will they fix it in warranty, or you have to pay for it ?

I don't know if is hardware or software..

I can say that I've made a lot of flash up and down grade before brick..

And yes Acer repaired in warranty :)

When you flash new rom and make wipe all how much free rom do you have?

Heh, nice, under warranty :) On other site, They don´t have a chance to discover that it has root and custom rom & recovery, simply ADT wasn´t able to flash .bin on it ant it wasn´t booting B)

Locking into forum seems others has similar problem with Market..

Anyother has less rom issue?

Seems downgrade from gingerbread to froyo could make this issue

But which is the cause?

Hardware?

ADT?

Recovery amonra?

in my situation if i downgrade to 2.2 froyo have same blue screen error in first page topic

2.2= no recovery if i install it fail

no market download

memory and os speed is ok

3.3/4=flash with ADT, acer software ecc it s all ok

i saw on web , i can erase userdata,system,cache ecc with fastboot ,i try eccept system but same story.

Your /data partition size is still ok. /cache is full, that's why the recovery can't write the log file.

Can you poust output of this please :

adb shell du -h /data

adb shell du -h /cache

no my cache is 100% fully 58368k it corrisponds to dev/block/mtdblock6

In the past I have used more than once even if the script ad2sd.on.sh script was already active for to have more free space on internal memory

this operation may have caused this problem?

Nop, a2sd doesn't use /cache partition.

Did you try to explore /cache with some file explorer application to check if there's some kind of useless files/folders ?

i try with root exlorer to delete all inherent folder but in some i can't see the contenute and other folder regenerate quickly, but not solve

one moment if i go in cache folder with root explorer i see some folders

LOG ,LOST+FOUND and another very strange folder with name there are many many: ??????????????????????????????????????????????

What does it mean? :)

ya same problem when flash a froyo firmware always give you an error

davide good new metal :)

and don't install recovery 2 for now , for now don t know what cause the issue

I have the same issue, been switching back and forth from froyo to ginger &amp; gingerounay, as well as using the ad2sd scripts.  Right now I'm on 3.021.01 and I can't install any apps... the prompt appears and then just disappears.  Otherwise, the phone seems fine, I can add my accounts and sync, etc.<br /><br />Internal storage reports 100MB available space.

LE: The problem started after deleting battery data on a 3.021.01 + gingerounay 2.0 rom... It basically wiped everything and reverted to stock android with the added perk of not saving apps from the market.
