I can confirm this from experience. I have a mini portable charger that uses 2 rechargeable AA's and this will charge the blade's battery to about 50%.

The technet one will give at least three full charges.

Cheapest I've found is £20.99 (free delivery) direct from the manufacturer. Mine's on it's way:

The only odd thing about it is the slightly unhelpful indicator system - it has three blue LEDs that stay on until it's virtually out of charge when just one stays lit. All I'm saying is try not to rely on these indicators too much!

Aside from that it's fab - does exactly as you'd expect it should
