Guest mictown Posted June 29, 2011 Report Posted June 29, 2011 (edited) So happy that I can install android to my device successfully. The performance is really better than only install to SD card. However, still feel a little bit hot at the back of the device. And when I hold my phone, my hand always feel slightly anesthesia. :) It never happened when I reboot it to WM6.5. So strange! Anyone got the same problem? Edited June 29, 2011 by mictown
Guest Leeds Posted June 29, 2011 Report Posted June 29, 2011 (edited) Hello mictown, The phone tends to gets hot when you are playing games, charging and stuff like that.. But if your phone gets hot when it's sleeping for instance, it might be because the CPU is always working at full speed.. If that's the case, you might want try installing CPUtuner or SetCPU, wich, besides saving battery would definitely help lower the temperature by decreasing the CPU speed when phone is idle.. CPU Tuner: https://market.android.com/details?id=ch.am...ndroid.cputuner SetCPU: https://market.android.com/details?id=com.m...ng.overclocking If you are interested you can also check my topic wich covers some battery life issues and also explain how CPUtuner works: http://www.modaco.com/content/i8000-omnia-...ife-26-06-2011/ Hope it helps :) Edited June 29, 2011 by Leeds
