I´m using bb .67

Miui message App causes FC when sending messages.

I changed the miui message app for handcent SMS.

Now Send and receive works ok.

Everything works fine. Exept some theme issue. On bb67. Got a score of 1380 in quadrant in stock kernal. Impressive!

text messages do not work,

mail does not work (not synchronized, you can not send or receive mails)

in contacts does not work fully forward, stops at the letter K, and jumps to the letter Z

icons in the settings in landscape mode are ugly, stretched and not very clear

noticed a slight lag when scrolling desktops. in 1.7.3 was better

could use a more general matching the player's skin

does not work when you turn the flashlight from her belt notification

the formula to unlocking the keypad is not as clear as in the stock version 2.1, the dots clearly differ from the center circle, where they are

some parts are not translated rom, there are "Chinese bushes" for example, in a folder miui

Mail - didn't check

No issues in contact scrolling.

Settings landscape issue is there. Yes.

Basically no lag in desktop scrolling.

Please change your language to polish and check contact scrolling. It doesnt work correctly.

hi, im on 1.73., bb67.

unfortunately i have a power issue.. it drains all the time in a very steep way, although i use juicedefender. i loose 7 percent per hour, which was not the case before i updated from 1.4

then juiceplotter showed an almost horizontal line, now its istn near to that.

i deactivated automatic searching for time/date already. as well i deactivated automatic network search.

the use of power differs from day to day, although i sat on the same spot the last days and didnt use the phone very often.

i do not want to flash a custom kernel, as its not supported with that rom.

any suggestions on my problem?

on bug reports: the only one i found besides from the above is an issue with vibration. in some cases the phone does shake although it shows, that its turned off. can be embarrasing in some situations.. :P

Hi All,

Loaded MiUi 1.8 on BB67, Everything works, SMS / Camera / Market

No FCs so far.

charging is faster on this version then on 1.7.3

one issue only, the battery seems to die faster, when looking at what is consuming the battery, a 13 minute call used up 10% of the battery.

also noticed that when the phone goes in and out of coverage the device gets very hot.

overall a smooth rom, if only the battery life can be improved some how.

I'm almost done d/ling... done!

Realtime review! Here goes... plugging in my usb... sending it to my SD... done! Did my backup so I can do the apps thingie again! Reeebooooot!

Going to Recovery... reset, cache wipe, dalvik wipe, now install custom zip... twiddling my thumbs for a couple of minutes...

I love the fact that what makes MIUI so fast is that it has no bloatware! Reboooooooooot!

Like always, long start when installing a new ROM, but it isn't that long... 1st self-restart, back to the SE letters, now to the MIUI Android rom boot logo, no change from the last one, simple and cute. ok the whole config thing... first the SIM Pin, good... before it restarted before I could punch it in, now it is cleaner... lemme set the APN before even trying to do the google account thing. Also set up WIFI... good, or even better, than 1.7.3 regarding speed of the radio. Good, both English US and Spanish in the ROM, thanks!!!

the Torch still don't work... If anyone can help me with this, it would be great, BB54

Restored my backup, no sweat, now my girl will still enjoy playing angry birds LOL

GPS is mint, working like a champ. Need to test bluetooth with someone else, as well as sms, but I assume that it works, since in 1.7.3 it is working.

Checking out Grid n List views... guess that is not happening, because of the nature of the mod for this ROM

Checking the camera... awesome, good autofocus, autoscene, auto-antiflicker, everything is like the 1.7.3, very good

The Vid... oh, the vid... did 720p, set video to MPEG4, AAC audio, and it crashed... rebooting and trying H264 with AAC to check it out, still delay with vid... tried the stock settings and they were worse out of sync... gonna try other custom settings... nothing... that's something to work on, Trip.

So basically, besides the Torch and the Cam, everything is good for everyday use!

During a call, by some means the screen becomes on and dials the first contact from phonebook.

May be the proximity sensor detection range is a problem or something. I and few others had posted this problem in pastpast in older thread, but no solution on the same. I am facing this issue since 1.6.*

Phone keeps on calling to other person during an active call and it's really irritating. I hope you understand.

1.8.0..... Screen is way sharper n clearer... Even sony ericsson boot screen is clearer.... no issues so far.... best looking screen ever..... no bs!!!
