Which ROm from cyanogen mod series is build on the same base as ginger stir fry, which is closest possible to gsf ?

because i need render effect which exist in CM but not in GSF, but GSF is best for battery....

CM battery should be ok now (126 onwards).

CM's N127 - is fast-ish like GSF and has good battery life. The closest as of now. Still not the same battery and speed as GSF.

EDIT: make a 'fresh' install - wipe, format everything you can first.

i need render effect which exist in CM but not in GSF

just download an app that does the render....

for example, one app i use (Chainfire3D) has this as an 'extra' function. just turn it on then add the widget to your homescreen like you would do in cm7.
