Guest zippyioa Posted September 24, 2011 Report Posted September 24, 2011 The title song is "patience" ;-) Brilliant! This is what many people here need to learn! Paul clearly stated several weeks ago that he was waiting for his source to deliver.... many whined.... Just this week he advised that he now has this source and will be working on it this week..... why are people still whining? If you want it that quickly, do it yourselves, if you can't, wait like everyone else :)
Guest zippyioa Posted September 24, 2011 Report Posted September 24, 2011 Sorry, my little boy just grabbed my phone and double posted ;)
Guest morckx Posted September 24, 2011 Report Posted September 24, 2011 every 2X owners should try flashing topogigi's 1.6 that's how good it is. fast like Fr18 beta 2, yet ultra stable. if the next version could remove the useless omdamclent, it will be a perfect ROM. +1 I don't bother that telephone info crashes, so I simply deleted Omadmclient. Thinking of what is missing, only BBA comes to my mind - or does anyone know of alternatives that are comparably energy efficient and work on Topogigi 1.6?

Guest crazy_elmo Posted September 24, 2011 Report Posted September 24, 2011 https://market.andro...ednotifications this is what you need i guess. Jup, that works perfect for me! ;-)
Guest SouNourS Posted September 24, 2011 Report Posted September 24, 2011 (edited) Be patient, Paul'll do the best ROM ever. Alltid lika roligt när man skriver på ett språk som andra inte förstår i ett internationellt forum. Google översättning, kan vem som helst förstå. Jag är franska :P Edited September 24, 2011 by SouNourS
Guest The Jason8r Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 Sorry, my little boy just grabbed my phone and double posted ;) I wish my "little boy" was so talented! I can't even get mine to single post :)
Guest zippyioa Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 (edited) I think it was more luck than anything. He seemed to hit the "back" key on the phone, then the blue "post" key...... regardless of how he did it, if he is that good at 2, when he grows up he'll be a techno geek like his dad!! :) Edited September 26, 2011 by zippyioa
Guest morckx Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 https://market.andro...ednotifications this is what you need i guess. Yes, thanks. Some time ago, I switched from v0.93 of that one to BBA because of rumors (just to be on the safe side...) that the latter uses less energy if only permanent light on notifications are enabled (because it works completely event based?). In the mean time this might have changed and LG 2X/Black/3D Notifications has the advantage that it can also remind of calender events. Anyway, I give LG 2X/Black/3D Notifications a second try...
Guest Paul Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 Hi all! I want to release Gr3 this week! My source currently has no access to leaks, so I need to determine which is the latest Gingerbread release in the wild. If you can give me any pointers on release numbers and most importantly build dates from the build.prop, this is where to do it! :) P
Guest Paul Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 Help me prepare Gr3! :) http://android.modaco.com/topic/346743-help-me-find-the-most-recent-gb-release-for-gr3/ P

Guest Paul Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 OK, is there a raw version available (not clockworkmod) and the Baseband? P
Guest Paul Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 OK, so build '1314190444' is the latest it seems... the KDZ must exist somewhere. It'd be great to have the matching baseband too. Hmm... P
Guest Peterfdevries Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 Hi Paul, its great to have you back! I just wanted to put a note to the use of the V20e-leak. For me and some other people also active on XDA this 20e-version has a greater batterydrain than the V20c-version. The 20e is faster though... It'll be great if you could fix that drainage :) Grtz Peter
Guest Madsen Felipe Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 (edited) I just know "base" files for v20c: V20c-EUR-XX-AUG-02-2011 // .img file http://www.multiupload.com/5T12DZYHCQ V20c-EUR-XX-AUG-02-2011 // smartflash http://www.multiupload.com/46QE6HIPGE RIL from "V20c-EUR-XX-AUG-02-2011 // .so file http://www.multiupload.com/QV7YE3OPY5 I was looking for the .kdz of V20e, without luck. credits to erestor6 from xda Edited September 26, 2011 by Madsen Felipe

Guest Schmew Posted September 26, 2011 Report Posted September 26, 2011 (edited) There are some russians speaking about a 20f for SU660 dont know if you can take something out of it for good use. http://narod.ru/disk...4-V20F.zip.html People with the V20e have been using Baseband 823 http://minus.com/lfeNJj1NP7VXM Edited September 26, 2011 by Schmew

P Why not talk to Topogigi who made this ROM, he might be able to help you since his latest version is based on V20e http://forum.xda-dev...d.php?t=1254359 Or maybe you manage with this, 20e as zip. http://minus.com/l6Uzy54cn2rpy Edited September 26, 2011 by MacAllan
