Guest jacdem Posted July 28, 2011 Report Share Posted July 28, 2011 I don't know if that is the right section to post this. But I have a serious problem with my new galaxy tab. I bought a tab and plugged to computer and installed KIES. Kies showed that there is a firmware update, I accepted and it started downloading the firmware. but half way the tab's screen became black and Kies showed something like emergency phone recovery and wants me to put the device in download mode but now pushing the power button doesn't do anything, I cannot power up the tab, I cannot go to download mode or recovery mode. the screen is just black and i feel that the right side of the Tab is a little warmer.
