Problem with Dell Streak screen

Hello,

Since my streak's screen broke, I manage to change it after i buyed a screen on ebay (chinese reseller).

Now, with the new screen, when I restart the streak, I get the Dell Logo and then after 1 minute a dashed screen.

In order to verify the material in theDell Streak, I reboot holding the camera button (like going intofastboot) and type in *#301#

- a test screen appears with the possibility to test the material of the device :

[00] EXIT

[01] Device Info

[02] LCD Backlight & LED

[03] LCD Color

[04] Camera

[05] RTC & Vibrator

[06] Keypad Test

[07] Touch Panel

[08] Sensor

[09] USB/AC Charger

...

- The tests work well (including the test[02]) exept for the test [03] LCD Color which blocks with thefollowing message :

TE = O

TE Fail, try again

2nd TE = 0

TE fail two times

And the device freezes

I think the problem is due to the material (LCD) and not to the system.

The reseller says that the problem is due to the operating system.

Do you have an ideaof how this problem can be handled ?
