yep, flash the dmd_update 1.1.zip. Afterwards you have a folder dmd_update on your sdcard. From this folder you can flash and try several other things ;)

Hello, davidevinavil !

I'm expecting mobile internet issues on your first mod of official 4.0007 firmware.

When mobile internet is off and device sleeps awhile, it can not re-establish mobile internet connection in GSM\2G mode. Don't know about 3G mode, i don't use it.

Problem resolves, when turning fly mode ON and OFF for a few times. Sometimes this way is not working. Reboot helps.

But it's not a good solution of this problem.

Any suggestions on this problem resolving? Please help.

P.S. Sorry for my English.

Ciao Davide,

thank you very very much for the rom: I've installed it yesterday and it's worked perfectly so far (phone didn't work with the Gingerunay + Apps2sd).

A girlish question: how do I revert to the original google talk chat notification icon?

Grazie!

New dmd_update avayable..

Flash it by recovery and you'll find new dmd_update folder on your SD card..

New boot with mailbox and miss call led blinking faster (1,5 sec instead of 4 sec)..

Look into dmd_update folder.. It's very comprensive ;)

All things into dmd_update folder must be flashed by recovery

dmd_update 1.1

Brillian rom David.

Think you need to put the info above on the first page. I downloaded the dmd update but didn't know what to do with it till I read this far up in the thread.

Wow, very impressed! :)

I have flashed mid-voltage.

I like the theme, I like having Acer lock-screen.

Very, very nice.

Can I ask, what are the voltages for high, med and min?

And just to confirm, high is same as stock?

My battery usage doesn't seem right, it is going down too fast (and only reaches 99% even when full), I think I need to calibrate. Does anyone know the best way? I am going to charge to full and then "wipe battery stats" from recovery.

I flashed the ROM last night and it worked perfectly and flashed the update this morning. When I tried to flash to stock theme and low voltage it will not boot just stays on the Gingerbread cookie screen. I set it back to blue theme and high voltage and it is still stuck and nothing will change it. I have to wipe it tonight when I get home and hopefully get it working. What did I do wrong?

flash not everything at once ;) first see which boot fits your device and then change theme ;) and don't forget the nandroid ;)

I did not know I couldn't flash more than one thing at once. Also when I partitioned my SD card I forgot to copy the Nandroid back onto it haha. I will have to wait until tonight I take the mini SD card out and copy the Nandroid file back onto it. I have never tried the link2sd before so I am jumping in a little bit deeper this time. I very much appreciate all of the work everyone has done to make these things possible for people like myself.

When i try to nandroid backup + ext2 i get an error that suggest to use ADB .........

I not understand why, the EXT2 is not empty.

Hare you using older ginger_dmd?

If yes you have to create an empy folder called sd into system folder.

To do this you can use root explorer
