Hi Guys

Installed VegaModdedStock_v1.10_v2.

Boot to recovery then wipe both caches and install corvus5

Reboot - OK

Power Off then start Vega again and following displays on boot

! Sorry!

Process system is not responding.

Force close Wait

I was already running corvus5 with sp1 OK for about a week. Then one day, when I switched on, it seemed to take longer to start and before desktop loaded, message above displayed, but after about 3-5 seconds, desktop displayed and when unlocked, message displayed again. Selection of Force Close or Wait caused it to go away instantly. Only thing that is wrong, is top titele bar is about 3 mm lower than top of screen, when before it was at top.

I've redone VegaModdedStock_v1.10_v2. etc. and on first boot, message is displaying again.

Has this happened to anybody else and if so how have you resolved it?

Thanks enquirer

Hi there, this happened to myself today and i have just fixed the issue.

Here is what you need:

1: PC with vega tools installed ( http://www.mediafire.com/?dwjw5v7r25ea11n )

2: Advent Vega restore image from www.myadventvega.co.uk

3: vega & usb cable & charger

Step 1

You need to use the VEGA TOOLS program first to remove any VEGA drivers:

First Right Click on VEGA TOOLS and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR

Click on the ÏNSTALL DRIVERS w/AUDI" tab at the bottom

on the next page you need to select the "I want to install the advent "stock rom" using recovery mode"

then hit next. then select option B delete all vega drivers

once this has finished select option C install correct driver

on the next window you need to select "Just get on with it, do it for me"

when this has finished you now have the correct drivers that will work with the vega restore image, you can move on to step 2

Step 2

This is easy Just go to the downloaded file " Official Advent 1.10 Update & usb driver "

double click on the " softwareImage_v1.10_Vega_Final " application and follow instructions.

when you have finished your Vega will be back to factory settings and good to go again.

hope this helps you and anyone else that comes across this issue.

Hi Stevengoody123

Thanks for your reply. I'm busy with home diy for a few weeks, but when I'm done, I'll give it a go.

I've gone back to stock rom and installed market as software update which all works fine for me at the moment.

Thanks enquirer

Hi Steven , can you not just skip straight to section two and nvflash the advent stock rom ??

why are you having to uninstall the drivers?
